AKC Infinity Holdings Sdn Bhd, trading as Ayam Kremes Champion (“we”, “us”), runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, who else sees it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form. Your name, your email address and your message. That is all the form asks for.

When you visit the site. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, the pages you requested, the time and your browser type. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and understand how it is used.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this site. Please do not send identity numbers, bank details or health information through the contact form.

Why we use it

  • To answer you. We use the name, email and message you send so that we can reply to your question, feedback or order enquiry. You give this information, and your consent to our using it, when you send the form.
  • To run and protect the site. The technical information is used to deliver pages, prevent abuse and keep the site working. It is not used to build a profile of you.
  • To understand how the site is used. We may use aggregate, cookie-free statistics (see “Cookies and analytics”) to see which pages are useful. These numbers do not identify you.

We do not use your personal data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who else sees it

We keep the circle small. These service providers process data on our behalf or as part of running the site:

  • SilentForms (silentforms.com) delivers the contact form. It receives the name, email and message you submit, together with your IP address, the address of the page the form was sent from and the time. It emails the submission to us and stores it so we can read it. SilentForms processes this on our behalf; its privacy policy is at https://silentforms.com/privacy.
  • Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. It processes IP addresses and request details to deliver pages and block abuse. Its privacy policy is at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
  • GitHub and the Sveltia CMS software power the content editor at /admin, which is for our staff only. If you are not a member of staff, you do not use it.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only as described here, or where the law requires it.

Where your data goes

SilentForms and Cloudflare may process data on servers outside Malaysia. Where that happens, they are bound by their own privacy and data-processing terms.

How long we keep it

  • Contact messages: for as long as needed to deal with your request, and no longer than 12 months after our last reply. SilentForms keeps the submission until we delete it.
  • Technical and security logs: for a short period set by Cloudflare, as needed to run and protect the site.
  • Aggregate statistics: kept only as totals; they do not identify you.

Cookies and analytics

This website’s own code sets no cookies.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived security cookie (for example __cf_bm) to tell real visitors from automated traffic. It is used for security, not advertising or profiling.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and gives us only aggregate numbers: pages viewed, the country you are in and the browser you use. It does not identify you and is not used for advertising.

We do not run advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or profiles of visitors.

The “Get directions” link on each shop opens Google Maps in a new tab. We do not embed a map on this site, so Google does not load until you choose to open it. Once you are on Google Maps — or Instagram, TikTok or any other site we mention — that site’s own privacy policy applies.

How we protect your data

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the contact messages is limited to the people who need them to reply to you, and we keep the software we use up to date.

No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Your rights

Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you;
  • correct it if it is wrong;
  • stop using it, or withdraw your consent to our using it;
  • delete it, where we do not need to keep it for a legal reason.

To make a request, contact us through the form on this site, by email or by phone, and tell us what you want. We will respond within the period the PDPA requires (currently 21 days). We may need to confirm who you are before we act.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia.

Children

This site is for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and its date. The date at the top of this page is the last time it changed.
