These terms cover your use of the Ayam Kremes Champion website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

What this site is

This is an information site for our restaurants. It shows the menu, prices, opening hours, our locations, news and promotions, and a contact form. It is not an online ordering or payment system, and nothing on it is a binding offer to sell.

Our menu, prices and opening hours can change. The menu, prices and hours at the shop are the current version, and they win over anything on this site if the two differ. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit.

Reservations and online orders

Walk-ins are always welcome — you do not need to book. If you would like to reserve a table, message us on WhatsApp at +6011-3671 6671 and we will confirm your booking in the chat. A table is only held once we have replied to confirm it, and it is subject to a table being free at the time you ask for.

We do not take reservations through this site, and we do not accept orders or payments through it. To order, come to one of our shops.

Promotions

From time to time we run promotions, such as the student discount. Each promotion has its own conditions, which we publish with it — for example, showing a student ID or following our social media pages. We can change or end a promotion at any time. A promotion is not a promise that it will still be running when you visit.

Allergies and dietary needs

If you have a food allergy or a dietary requirement, tell us before you order so we can help. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot promise that a dish is free of traces. Our food is halal as we state; if you need to check an ingredient, ask us.

Using the site

Please use the site as it is meant to be used. Do not:

try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its services;
copy or scrape the site in a way that interferes with it;
use the site for anything unlawful.

Our content

The text, layout, logo, menu and photographs on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish or reuse them without our written permission. You may share links to the site.

Links to other sites

The site links to other services, such as Google Maps for directions and Instagram and TikTok. We do not control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it may contain mistakes or be unavailable at times. If something on the site matters to your decision to visit, check with the shop.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with a new date, and it applies from then.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
